If there is any manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. In case, the situation persists you can opt for a refund.
However, if there is no manufacturing defect, and the customer wants to return the item because they ordered by mistake, no longer require the product, or the product is not useful for the intended purpose, then the customer has to bear the Forward + Return shipping charges.
The customer is responsible to attend the delivery person’s call and be available at the time of delivery. If the customer does not attend the calls, or is not available at the time of delivery and their order is returned to origin (Marked as RTO), then the shipping charge has to be borne by the customer.
For returning a product, just follow these simple steps.
- Fill up our “Return Form”.
- Put the original product along with the original Invoice in its original packaging and seal the package properly.

- We will evaluate the returned item to check if anything is missing or changed. If we find anything missing or changed in the returned product, we have the right to discard any refund.
- Sit back and RELAX! Your refund is on the way.
NOTE:
- You must create a return request within 5 days after the date of delivery .
- Kindly remember to take photos of the package at the time of delivery, in case of damage during transit.
- The product shouldn’t be used by you.
- In case of a refund, the complete amount paid by you including the shipping charges is refunded to your account.
- Return shipping expenses will be borne by you.
