Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We avail third party courier services to fulfil our shipments. The deliveries can occur on weekends or holidays as well. We request you to keep an eye out for the delivery person’s call.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*The above shipping charges are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges are based on delivery pin code. Free shipping is applicable on cart value over ₹700. Delivery may be delayed for remote delivery pin codes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive an SMS with their Order Number and Shipment Tracking Link when the orders have been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

National Educational Stores is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

National Educational Stores is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please note to take pictures of the damaged material at the time of delivery itself.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship within India only.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is given here. In case of any disputes, kindly contact us at teachingnest@gmail.com and we will try to resolve your issues. If the issue persists, you can opt for refund/replacement. Kindly keep the original product and original packaging intact, and take photo of the issue faced by you. It will help us in processing your request. Fill the Return Form and only upon approval, ship it to us. The return shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.
